Penn Wind, LLC

Penn Wind is a Sunbury based company founded in 2006 as a 50/50 Joint Venture of DGP Power, LLC of Sunbury, PA and juwi GmbH of Wörrstadt, Germany.  

Penn Wind currently has 5 employees in  their Sunbury location and several independent land contractors. Penn Wind develops renewable wind energy projects with a primary focus in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, New England, Virginia, West Virginia and Texas. We evaluate sites, lease land, design, build and operate wind farms while working with landowners, local communities, financial institutions, and utility companies. Penn Wind has also played a part in establishing the PA Wind Cooperative Agreement with the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
